Proceedings Information

Each registered participant will receive a preprinted grayscale version book of the Seminar Proceedings containing the papers as submitted by the speakers. A list of participants and their contact information will also be available. Beginning with the 2004 seminar, a CD containing the original color version of the papers in a pdf format also became available for purchase. In 2005 we began also including the speaker presentations on the CD. Soon after the conclusion of the seminar, a pdf formatted compilation of the speakers' presentations is made available free of charge via a download from this website to those who purchased the CD at the seminar. Please note that some presentations may not be available as the authors may not have authorized the distribution of their presentations. A 30% discount is offered to participants when the CDs are purchased at the seminar or as part of the registration package, bringing the price down to US$175. Books and CDs from previous seminars are also discounted, with their prices listed on the Proceedings Order Form.

If you do not attend the seminar, you can also order one or more copies of the Seminar Proceedings books or CDs with both the papers and the presentations (only on the CD beginning in 2005) at the rate of US$250 each. An additional $35 is charged for each book or $20 for any number of CDs shipped outside of the USA. There will also be additional charges for expedited delivery.
